The location of the hotel was excellent, being very close to the train and bus stations. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the onsen and sauna facilities, which were a great way to relax after exploring the nearby town.

The hotel was in need of some updates as it appeared to be quite aged. The public bath hours for females were also inconvenient, limiting our access to the offered amenities. Additionally, we found some cleanliness issues with the towels and bedsheets, and the hair dryer in the room was not very effective. Lastly, the Wi-Fi signal was weak, making it difficult to connect to the internet.

We loved staying at this hotel in this city. The hotel is ideally located, very near the station, making transportation very convenient. The hotel's cleanliness was commendable, and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the public bath and sauna.
